Billed twice after closing the account

I tried freedom voice and closed the account after only only a month because call forwarding didn’t work. Since closing the account I they have still tried to charge me for a monthly service. I do not recommend this service at all.

The best service ever

This was the best experience ever, Nina was very knowledgeable and patient with me- she handled all of my issues and also helped me get my service working quickly- I would definitely recommend

Refund and establishing multiple accounts

I've been a member or over a year now, but I'm starting 3 new businesses and I needed 3 new 800 #s, a couple o days after I arranged for the 3 additional #s I noticed that when I call the 3 new #s they all were under my existing 800 business #. I needed each new # to be under it's own business name, so when someone called the 3 new #s I would know what business it was. I called and spoke with Lawrence and he was very helpful and he said the best thing to do was to cancel the 3 new #s and contact "Billing" for refund, which is when I met Mae. She was very understanding and listened to my long story of what happened. She was very professional and emphatic to my situation, She was very helpful and returned my call to inform me of the outcome in reference to the refund. She also emailed me everything. I thought everything was handled correctly and in a timely manner.

Disappointed

Their tech support used to be fantastic but I've had many problems lately. I've had to contact them 3times in two weeks and noticed that I no longer receive the same quality tech support. I'm assuming they now outsource the tech support. All 3 times they have made the issues worse by saying they're "fixed". Luckily they are easy to navigate and once I figured out the issue, I fixed it myself. I would not recommend until the tech support is better.
